Q: How can I join the gym?

A: Guests can register on the web page or provide information directly to WHATAPP to join the gym, and choose to borrow and pay later to use the venue directly.

Q: I have no experience in fitness. Can I participate in the G-24 meeting?

A: Guests can ask our coaches for advice at any time. During busy hours(630PM-930PM), there will be coaches and trainees to guide, give training advice and guide movements.

Q: Will you sell hard? I have had unpleasant experiences.

A: We only have a monthly fee for borrowing, and the coaches will provide guidance for free, so there is nothing to sell.

Q: How is your payment method? Do I need to sign a contract?

A:We have three-month, six-month, twelve-month and twenty-four-month memberships.

Q: How do I enter the arena after joining your club?

A: We use a facial recognition system, and guests only need to use their appearance to enter the venue without a membership card.

Q: Can I bring my friends into the arena to try it out?

A: Guests are not allowed to bring their friends into the venue without permission. If any friends want to try the game, please contact our staff first.

Q: What happens when a violation of the contract terms is suspended?

A: When signing the contract, the guest must promise to keep the venue clean and tidy and abide by basic personal ethics and other behaviors. If the guest repeatedly violates the promises in the contract,We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s meeting early. A tidy venue can provide a more comfortable training environment for everyone.

Q: Will there be security concerns in the 24-hour gym?

A: We have 24-hour surveillance, and all videos will be kept for 180 days. The center only accepts guests who have joined the club, so guests do not need to worry about public security.

Q: Can I make an appointment for a trial ?
